Welcome to Fitting In Fitness!

Who are we and what are we about? Five college students who are on a mission to find the key to “fitting in” one of the most important components to your body’s wellness in a hectic schedule. It’s widely known that being a full-time student, holding down a job, being active in school, all while having a social life is near to impossible. When you add the self-induced pressure to go to the gym to feel and look your best, it starts to feel like there isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done. Through talking with fellow gym rats, tons of research, and of course our own trial and error; we are on a journey to unlock the key to Fitting in Fitness.

From our own personal experience, we’ve found that after hitting a certain point in our life, it constantly forces us to think about our future; the state of our health sitting at the top of that list. We want to figure out how to incorporate that vital part of wellness into our daily lives, and this is our way of doing it. Our goal is to become the beginners guide to being a more proactive adult. We believe that by creating this hub for fitness newbies, we can encourage others to take the leap and start their fitness journey, regardless of your schedule, experience level, or age.

The biggest question is probably what can you expect from us? We’ll be giving you our honest opinions about all of the trends and fitness norms, share the leanest and tastiest recipes, and dive into the best ways to incorporate your fitness journey into your life. In this blog, we’ll be going more in depth of the topics talked about throughout all of our social channels, hearing inspirational stories from experts and fellow rookies, trying out celebrity fitness plans, and much more!
